What are 7.5 cm AAC blocks used for?
7.5 cm AAC blocks (20x60x7.5 cm) are the most common thickness in residential work. Each block weighs about 6.8 kg and a wall takes 8.33 blocks per m². Plastered on both sides the wall is about 10 cm thick, close to a clay brick wall, so it can replace one without changing the drawings.
