What grades and mechanical properties does JIS G3101 black round bar have?
Black round bar (hot-rolled steel round bar) is made to JIS G3101 in diameters from 15 to 65 mm. Grade SS400 suits general machine parts. Each grade has different mechanical properties (values below are for diameters up to 16 mm).
