Non-Shrink Cement Grout
Non-shrink cement grout is a flowable, shrink-compensated mortar for grouting under column base plates and machine bases, anchoring bolts and filling precast wall joints and voids. No shrinkage or bleeding and high strength. From LANKO, TOA, Jorakay, Sika, TPI, Gypcon, Jingjo and Ferro.
Non-Shrink Cement Grout
Non-shrink grout is a cement grout that flows freely when mixed and fills narrow gaps completely. It does not shrink or bleed as it hardens, so it stays in full contact with whatever sits on top and reaches far higher strength than ordinary sand-cement mortar.
Typical uses
- Grouting under steel column base plates and machine bases
- Setting anchor bolts, dowels and railings into concrete
- Filling precast wall joints and gaps between precast elements
- Filling voids under slabs and footings that are hard to reach
How to choose
Use a general-purpose (GP) grout for everyday work and a high-strength grade for heavy loads or vibrating machinery. Where the grout is exposed or wet, choose a non-ferrous grade so it will not rust-stain. Mix to the water ratio on the bag with a mixing paddle and pour continuously from one side to push the air out. For spalled concrete, see concrete surface repair or structural repair mortar.
