AAC Lightweight Block G2
G2 AAC lightweight blocks, class 2 to TIS 1505, about 400-500 kg/m³. Lighter and better at keeping heat out than G4, for non-load-bearing walls in column-and-beam houses and townhomes. 7-25 cm from Q-CON Extra Cool, Diamond and DURA One.

What are G2 AAC blocks?
G2 AAC blocks are class 2 blocks under TIS 1505-2541, with a dry density of about 400-500 kg/m³. That is lower than G4, so the blocks are lighter, hold more air and insulate better against heat. Compressive strength is 20 kg/cm² or more, which is enough for non-load-bearing walls in a column-and-beam frame.
Applications and brands
- Interior and exterior walls of houses, townhomes and small commercial buildings.
- Q-CON G2 Extra Cool, 7.5-25 cm, in A-grade and B-grade, available by the full truck.
- Diamond G2, 7-25 cm; 7, 7.5 and 10 cm are stocked, other thicknesses are made to order.
