Portland Cement Type-3

INSEE Dum is a High Early Strength Portland cement conforms to the Thai Industrial Standard for Portland Cement Type III TIS 15 - 2012, ASTM C 150 Type III and the British Standard B.S. 12 (For RapidHardening Portland Cement).

Technically, its grain size is finer than the Ordinary Portland cement ; hence high early strength can rapidly be developed.

Cement Qualification INSEE Dum

The INSEE Dum cement is recommended for the production of all types of pre-stressed concrete, such as pre-stressed piles, poles, and beams.
It yields ultimate strength in 1-7 days. It is also highly recommended for construction works such as buildings, bridges, highways, and under water constructions, where high early strength concrete is essential.

Recommendation

• The proportion of cement ex. sand, rock gravel or crushed stone and water should be purified.
• Use up all the mixed proportion within 1 hours

Mixing Proportion

• Mix the volumetric proportion of INSEE Dum, rock gravel, sand and water as designed by Engineers.
