Technical and Workability Advantages of Q-CON
With high production technology from Germany, it allows Q-CON to have its own special technical advantages that distribute air bubbles evenly across one piece. And with Autoclaved System, it elevatess the level of strengths for the brick.
Light-Weight bricks bring you the ultimate in light weight structure. Weighing only a fraction of concrete or clay bricks, Q-CON Light-Weight bricks have been designed with following features:
1. Solid, but Light-Weight
G 2 Type 0.5's weight is much lighter than the weight of clay brick, about 2-3 times and 4-5times lighter than that of concrete. This allows for quicker and easier construction timees, therefore saving time and labor costs overall.
2. High Compressive Strength
Due to an Autoclave System during production, the brick contains evenly distributed air bubbles in each piece. The bubbles will NOT impact the load bearing of the wall, it also generates high compressive strength for your chosen walls.
G2 Type 0.5 delivers 20 ksc. for non-load bearing wall,
G4 Type 0.7 delivers 40 ksc. for load bearing wall.
3. Ideal Protection Against Fire
The advantage of autoclave concrete is totally inorganic and and is incombustible. The product is specially suited for fire-related applications.

4. The Best Thermal insulation Properties of any Solid Building Material
The brick thermal conductivity is at:
G 2 Type 0.5 has its K Value at 0.099 W/ m.K
G 4 Type 0.7 has its K Value at 0.115 W/ m.K
The remarkable good insulation properties mean the pleasant interior can be easily achieved. The need for supplementary products for insulation can defnitely be avoided.
